The girls have been incredibly artistic this week. Lots of painting and playdoh!
Katie is getting really good at staying in the lines when coloring and painting.
Audrey is starting to hold paintbrushes, crayons, etc. with a more advanced grip.
Daddy and his girls doing some painting together.
When Audrey paints she gets it all over.
You can't really see but, Katie painted a sun, grass and flowers.
The girls got to use their own money to buy new toys. They were so excited and proud. Audrey bought fairy wings and Katie bought Legos.
The girls spent over an hour playing with Legos.
We made cupcakes...but the best part for the girls was putting on the chocolate icing.
On Thursday all the kids got to get together to play. They had fun with wikki stix and playdoh.
The girls got to practice using chopsticks to eat blueberries.
Katie finally just started jabbing her blueberries with a single chopstick.
We had quite the adventure trying to track down a power wheel for the girls. When we finally did find one it was marked down significantly more than we had originally planned on. Then when we got it to the car it wouldn't fit so we had to take it out of the box in the middle of the parking lot. But the girls have had such fun driving it around the yard!
Sunday morning the girls helped me make our traditional muffin breakfast.
Then they enjoyed some more painting while breakfast cooked.
