We started our week a little different than usual. We didn't have CC so we had Knox and Brex over. We spent most of the day outside. The kids got out Jack, played in the sandbox and on the swingset.
While Audrey napped the big kids worked on their math and phonics. Math is their favorite...they love playing with the manipulatives.
Tuesday we went to the zoo with Naomi, Boaz and Selah.
The kids saw how they measured up to the big cats at the zoo.

After the zoo the girls wanted to go hiking so we took a quick trip through the woods. The kids saw a dead armadillo and that made the walk even more exciting! After a long day at the zoo we met Grandma and Grandpa Vaughan for pizza!

We got our kiwi and koala crate so during Audrey's nap Katie and I worked on her crate. She built a balloon powered car.
Then when Audrey woke up she made a rainstick with her crate.
Then the girls painted outside.
Saturday we took a trip to Grandma's. The girls brought their bikes. Audrey got a brand new bike before we headed to Grandma's.

Sunday we took another trip to the zoo with Daddy.
The kids favorite thing on this zoo trip was climbing every rock or log in sight.
