We have enjoyed a very art-filled week. We took a trip to Hobby Lobby to stock up on some art supplies that we had run out of and discovered a great sale on Crayola products. So.....paint, paintbrushes, air dry clay, dry erase markers and oil pastels filled our art supply closet.
When the boys came over on Monday all the kids painted My Little Pony color pages with watercolors.
Of course, if you're Audrey, you have to sample the watercolors as you paint.
Watching big sister to see how it's done.
Coloring with Daddy.
We played with the air dry clay for the first time and learned the hard way that it's meant for sculpting with your hands, not with playdough tools. Lots of clay got stuck in the playdough tools but, once we got the hang of it the girls had fun making dinosaur prints with their dinosaur figures.
Yet again Audrey had to sample...clay must feel really funny on your tongue.
Dry erase markers on laminated letter mats.
Enjoying lunch together.
Audrey loves dogs...this Charlie the Ranch Dog book from the library has been her favorite this week.
It was a beautiful weekend so we enjoyed plenty of outside time. Beau likes to have his cage put next to the open door so he can watch the girls play.
We had a picnic on Sunday....77 degree weather in February!
