Week of April 1-Daddy on Vacation!

We started off Daddy's vacation with getting Katie's Easter pictures taken.  We've had a sneak peek of a few of them and Cindy has done an amazing job, as usual!  We can't wait for our baby girl to get here so we can get some newborn pictures done!

The rest of our week was spent working....we (mainly Rich) got baby girl's room painted, the nursery completed, garden planted (including tomatoes and peppers) and the house deep cleaned. 

Most of the days were beautiful this week so Katie got lots of outside time.

She was a big help with baby sister's room!

 

She helped Daddy put together the furniture.

 

Lillie felt left out and sat right in front of the camera.

Daddy got to come to story time on Thursday.

 

Lots of messy garden work this week.

Papa was sick on Easter so he and Tina came over to give Katie and baby sister their Easter baskets.

The last activity during Daddy's vacation was planting marigolds in a ceramic egg that came in one of Katie's Easter baskets.
