We've had a usual week as far as the girls' schedule but, poor Daddy had a rough time. He had to go to work in the middle of the day this week and had a hard time getting enough sleep.
Of course, cuddles with the girls make even sleepy Daddy feel better.
Katie and Audrey have enjoyed playing with their new playdoh sets and making all sorts of cupcakes and candies.
We got to visit the library for storytime. We are looking forward to a new children's librarian starting sometime this month.
We are learning about some parts of a plant. Katie brought me this flower when we were outside and said, "Look Mommy, I found all the parts of a plant!"
We made a big exercise pen for Jack. The girls have enjoyed sitting with him in his new pen.
All the kids made artwork using their handprints. They used their handprints to make leaves, roots and flowers of a plant.
Beautiful faces!
Saturday the girls made a birthday card for Aunt Vicki. We went to Grandma's house for Vicki's party and some trick-or-treating.
Katie loves helping make the okra although she doesn't like eating it.
Watching Uncle Stacey make homemade potato chips.
We had Twilight Sparkle costumes for the girls to wear but at the last minute they decided to be a strawberry and an owl. So cute!
Papa got to go trick-or-treating, too.
We rode in Uncle Stacey's truck and went around Grandma's neighborhood. It was such fun! The girls got loads of candy and everyone was so friendly. I think they liked riding in the truck just as much or more than getting candy.
