Just when we thought we were over being sick and have a "normal" week Katie got sick. It started Monday and by Thursday we were at the doctor. Katie ended up having croup and had several nights of sleeplessness. We still managed to have some fun throughout the week, despite big sister feeling bad.
The girls and Daddy made a tent in the kitchen.
The girls and I made gingerbread clay.
Audrey is a big help with the dishes.
The girls made paper gingerbread men.
And played with their gingerbread clay.
There was lots of book reading, as usual.
We haven't done as much as we had planned with Snowy and Holly but, the girls are still having fun playing with their elves and opening their book each night.
Wednesday we made and decorated gingerbread men.
The girls and I went outside today before the rain came in. The girls got some straw gathered up for Jack's house.
