This week was D for Dinosaur week! Katie had fun coloring dinosaur pages...
...making dino footprints in playdough.
Doesn't Audrey look fascinated?! This is seconds before this dino ended up in her mouth!
We had tot school at Evan's house. The kiddos made their names out of dinosaurs.
and made chocolate "mud"!
There's also, as always, been lots of dress-up and dancing!
Katie saw this cute craft on facebook so she got out her markers and made a pink paper plate snake.
She had fun exploring magnets.
Miss Audrey is learning how to pet Lillie (instead of pulling all her hair out).
Daddy had a big project this weekend. He moved the refrigerator into our laundry room to give us more counter space in the kitchen. Katie helped him put together a pantry for our food space we were losing in the laundry room.
He also hung up some bulletin boards and white boards for the girls' school space.
Katie took advantage of the big pieces of box the new pantry came in. She created a "castle".
Then quickly surrounded her picnic table with it and settled down for lunch.
Plugging in the refrigerator was quite interesting. In the end I had to squeeze behind the fridge to plug it in.
Katie is quickly learning the art of the perfect chicken fried steak. Can't wait for Audrey to join us and cook, too!
Daddy and all his girls curled up on the couch.
We had some more winter weather come in. We grabbed some sleet from the back patio and the girls had a sleet tea party. We've also had lots of fun feeding the birds. Katie gets excited when she sees their tracks in the snow and she is learning to recognize the different types of birds.
